RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed with PTB Style, an online store operated by the SARL FVST-R.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code, and unless a legal exception applies, the consumer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
For orders containing several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform PTB Style of their decision before the 14-day period expires, by means of a clear statement sent to:

After notifying their decision to withdraw, the customer has fourteen (14) days to return the product concerned.
2. RETURN COSTS IN THE EVENT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless there is an error on the part of PTB Style or the product is defective, damaged or non-conforming, the direct return costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer.
The customer must contact PTB Style before any return in order to obtain the instructions and the return address corresponding to their order.
As our products may be manufactured and shipped from different production centers, notably by our partner Printful, the return address may vary depending on the order.
The customer must not return a product on their own initiative to a Printful address found on the internet, shown on a previous parcel or corresponding to another order.
3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
In accordance with the exceptions provided for by the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may in particular be excluded for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This exception is applied only where it is legally applicable to the product concerned.
The mere fact that an item is made to order does not automatically remove the consumer's legal right of withdrawal.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT
If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, an incorrect embroidery or print, or does not match the product ordered, the customer is asked to contact PTB Style as soon as possible at:

Please provide:
- the order number;
- a precise description of the problem;
- clear photographs of the product;
- if necessary, photographs of the packaging.
After verification, PTB Style will provide an appropriate solution, which may in particular take the form of a replacement, a new shipment or a refund depending on the situation and the consumer's rights.
Where a defect is attributable to our manufacturing partner Printful, PTB Style may use its claims procedure.
This commercial procedure in no way limits the legal guarantees enjoyed by the consumer.
5. CUSTOMER SIZE OR COLOR ERROR
The customer is asked to check carefully the size, color and characteristics selected before confirming their order.
A size or color error made by the customer is not treated as a manufacturing defect or as a non-conformity attributable to PTB Style.
This does not, however, deprive the consumer of their legal right of withdrawal where it applies.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND UNCLAIMED PARCEL
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing their order.
Where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was not claimed, reshipping costs may be charged where those costs result from an error attributable to the customer.
7. RETURN ADDRESS
No single return address should be used without prior authorization.

PTB Style will provide the instructions and the return address appropriate to the order concerned.
8. REFUND AFTER WITHDRAWAL
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, PTB Style refunds the sums due in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, including the initial standard delivery costs where they must legally be refunded.
Any additional costs resulting from the express choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard method offered are not necessarily refundable under the conditions provided by law.
The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
PTB Style may defer the refund until it has recovered the goods or received proof that they have been shipped, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
9. LEGAL GUARANTEES
Products sold by PTB Style benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
This commercial policy neither limits nor replaces these rights.
