1. PURPOSE

These Terms of Use set out the terms for accessing and using the PTB Style online store, operated by FVST-R.

Purchases made on the site are governed separately by the General Terms of Sale.

3. ACCESS TO THE SITE

PTB Style endeavors to ensure the accessibility and proper functioning of the store.

However, permanent, uninterrupted and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance operations, updates or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

4. USE OF THE SITE

The user undertakes to use the site lawfully.

In particular, it is forbidden to:

- deliberately disrupt its operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems;
- introduce malicious programs or content;
- use the site for fraudulent purposes;
- impersonate another person;
- infringe the rights of FVST-R or third parties.

5. INFORMATION AND PRODUCTS

PTB Style endeavors to present information and products as accurately as possible.

Some differences in color or appearance may result in particular from the characteristics of the screen used, the photographs or the manufacturing process.

This does not limit the consumer's legal guarantees and rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content, logos, creations, texts, photographs, illustrations and graphic elements on PTB Style may be protected by the intellectual property rights of FVST-R or of their respective owners.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited, except as provided by law or with the authorization of the rights holder.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store uses various third-party services and providers, including Shopify as well as payment, manufacturing, logistics and delivery partners.

The use of certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA

How personal data is processed is detailed in the PTB Style Privacy Policy.

9. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to, or has the effect of, removing or limiting the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of any more protective mandatory provisions from which they may benefit under applicable law.
