Porte Ta Broderie (PTB) is a shop for embroidered clothing and accessories, paired with a customisation Workshop. You pick an item, tell us your idea — a first name, a phrase, a symbol, a drawing or a logo — and we turn it into embroidery.

No. You can customise from a single piece, with no minimum quantity.

1. Choose your item, its size, its colour and the quantity.
2. Write your text or add your image.
3. Choose up to six thread colours and where the embroidery goes.
4. Send your request and validate it on the secure checkout.

You can customise several items in a single request, each with its own embroidery. Our team checks every request before production starts. If your artwork needs adapting for embroidery, we contact you by e-mail. Create my embroidery

PNG or JPEG images up to 10 MB, at least 400 pixels. A raw image does not always give the expected result in embroidery: a simple, clean logo is ideal, and we tell you if an adaptation is needed.

The price shown in the Workshop is the item’s shop price: embroidery is included and no embroidery fee is added afterwards. Only shipping costs, where they apply, are added.

No. Tiered discounts (for example −10% from 2 items, −20% from 3 items) apply to the shop’s standard items. They do not apply to Workshop items. Find current offers on the Promotions page.

Yes, worldwide shipping is free from €80 of purchases, to all the destinations we serve. Shipping costs, when they apply, are shown before payment.

Delivery times include preparation or production, then transport. An estimate is shown on each product page. For a customised item, production starts after your project is validated: we keep you informed by e-mail.

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, under the terms of our returns and refunds policy. Contact us before sending anything back. Clearly customised items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where the law provides for it.

On each product page: the composition, weight and size guide are those given by the manufacturer of the base item.

We only state an origin, label or certification when it has been verified and supplied by the manufacturer; when they exist, they appear on the product page.
