SHIPPING POLICY – PTB STYLE

1. ORDER PREPARATION
Some PTB Style products are made, printed or embroidered to order.
The total lead time of an order may therefore include:
- the preparation or manufacturing time;
- the transit time with the carrier.
2. DELIVERY AREAS
The destinations actually served are shown at checkout.
Where no delivery method is offered for a given destination, the order cannot be shipped to that destination with the delivery methods currently available.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
The applicable shipping costs are communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the order.
Any free shipping offers are subject to the conditions displayed on the store at the time of the order.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Any preparation and transit estimates displayed are provided as estimates where they depend in particular on the manufacturing center and the carrier.
This provision does not limit FVST-R's legal obligations relating to the delivery of orders.
5. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, the information needed to track the shipment is sent to the customer after dispatch.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS
The customer must check their address carefully before confirming their order.
An incorrect or incomplete address may cause a delay, make delivery impossible or result in the parcel being returned.
Where a new shipment becomes necessary solely because of incorrect information provided by the customer, additional reshipping costs may be charged to them.
7. DAMAGED, LOST OR NOT RECEIVED PARCEL
If you have a problem with a delivery, contact:

Please provide your order number and the information needed to identify the shipment.
Photographs may be requested when a parcel or product has arrived damaged.
PTB Style will carry out the necessary checks with its manufacturing partners, notably Printful where it processed the order, and with the carrier concerned.
8. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For some destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or formalities may apply.
Where these amounts are not included in the amount paid on PTB Style, they may be claimed by the authorities or the carrier in accordance with the rules applicable in the destination country.
9. RETURNS
The return address may differ from FVST-R's registered office address and depends in particular on the center that processed the order.
No product should be returned on your own initiative without first contacting PTB Style.
