2. PURPOSE
These General Terms of Sale govern sales made to consumers on the PTB Style store.
Any order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.
3. PRODUCTS
PTB Style sells, in particular, clothing and accessories.
Some products are made, printed or embroidered to order by production partners.
The essential characteristics of the product are presented on its product page.
PTB Style endeavors to present products as faithfully as possible.
Slight differences in color or appearance may result in particular from the characteristics of the screen used, the photographs or the manufacturing process, without prejudice to the consumer's rights in the event of genuine non-conformity.

4. PRICES
The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.
They are shown in euros and inclusive of all taxes where VAT applies, unless otherwise indicated.
Any applicable shipping costs are communicated before final confirmation of the order.
FVST-R may change the prices offered on PTB Style at any time, with no retroactive effect on orders already concluded.
5. ORDERS
The customer selects the desired products, colors, sizes and quantities.
Before confirming their order, it is the customer's responsibility to check in particular:
- the products;
- the sizes;
- the colors;
- the quantities;
- their delivery address;
- their billing address;
- the total price.
The customer must have the opportunity to check and, if necessary, correct their order before final confirmation.
After confirmation and payment, an order confirmation is sent to the customer electronically.
6. PAYMENT
The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed using the payment solutions available on the Shopify store.
The order may be subject to anti-fraud checks by the providers concerned.
7. MANUFACTURING
Some PTB Style items may be made or embroidered after the order is confirmed.
FVST-R may use Printful or other partners for manufacturing, preparation and shipping.
Using a provider does not change the rights the consumer has against FVST-R in its capacity as seller.
8. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
The available delivery methods and costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Lead times may include a manufacturing or preparation period as well as a transit period.
FVST-R remains subject to the applicable legal obligations regarding delivery.
9. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
The customer is asked to check the condition of the products upon receipt.
If a product is damaged, incorrect, defective or missing, contact:

Please provide the order number and, where necessary, photographs that show the problem.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless a legal exception applies, the consumer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
For orders containing several goods delivered separately, the legal rules on the start of the period apply.

11. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for by law apply where their conditions are actually met.
This may in particular concern goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
The mere fact that a product is made to order does not automatically mean it is legally personalized.
12. RETURNS
Before any return, the customer must contact PTB Style to obtain the instructions and the address corresponding to their order.
As products may be made in different centers, notably by Printful, the return address may vary.
Unless the law provides otherwise or PTB Style agrees to cover them, the direct return costs resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the consumer.
13. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it is made in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
In the event of withdrawal, the refund is in principle made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
FVST-R may defer the refund until it has recovered the goods or received proof that the return has been shipped where the law allows it.
14. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
The consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.
This guarantee applies independently of any commercial warranty.

15. WARRANTY AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
The consumer also benefits from the warranty against hidden defects in the goods sold under the conditions provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
16. LIABILITY
FVST-R cannot be exempted from the liabilities to which it is subject under the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
However, FVST-R's liability cannot be engaged where a failure to perform results from a case of force majeure meeting the conditions provided by applicable law.
17. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the PTB Style Privacy Policy.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The trademarks, creations, photographs, texts, graphics, logos and other elements on PTB Style may be protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.
Any unauthorized exploitation is prohibited within the limits provided by law.

20. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the consumer is asked to first send a complaint to PTB Style in order to seek an amicable solution.
FVST-R is currently in the process of selecting, and signing an agreement with, a competent consumer mediator.
The mediator's contact details will be added to these General Terms of Sale as soon as this process is completed.
This temporary statement does not constitute the appointment of a mediator and must be replaced by the contact details of the mediator actually chosen.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
This provision does not deprive a consumer residing in another state of any more protective mandatory provisions from which they may benefit under applicable law.
22. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SALE
FVST-R may change these Terms of Sale.
The terms applicable to an order are those in force and accepted by the customer at the time the order is placed.
