Frequently asked questions
Is there an extra charge for the embroidery?
No. You pay the price shown in the shop for the item: the embroidery is included, whatever the text, the image or the number of thread colours. Pack offers and quantity discounts do not apply to customised items. Usual shipping costs apply, and shipping is free from 80 € of purchases.
How do I validate my request?
Once your request is sent, you validate it on Shopify’s secure checkout, at the shop prices (no embroidery surcharge, no pack discount). Our team then processes it and contacts you by e-mail if anything needs clarifying.
Which files can I send?
PNG or JPG images of up to 10 MB. A simple, clean logo or drawing with few colours gives the best results. Photos, gradients and very detailed images are hard to embroider: the team will tell you whether your design is feasible.
Are the thread colours shown on screen accurate?
They are indicative: a screen cannot faithfully reproduce an embroidery thread. For a multicolour image, the team confirms the final result and the number of colours.
Can I customise several items at once?
Yes. You can choose several items (and several sizes or colours of the same item) in a single request. Each item can have its own customisation — text or image, thread colours, placement — or you can apply the same one to all of them.
What happens to my data and my file?
They are used only to process your request. The file is kept in a private space accessible to the team only, then deleted after 12 months.
